Our Mission
The K9 Cash Money Foundation, a 501(c)(3), based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, was established by Heath and Lisa Loggains to honor the legacy & memory of K9 Cash Money, who faithfully served the Jonesboro Police Department from 2013 to 2020 before retiring with his handler, Heath.
Recognizing the intense physical demands placed on working dogs and the significant financial burden that can arise once they retire, Heath and Lisa founded the organization to ensure that handlers are not alone in covering medical costs for their retired K9 partners. These courageous dogs deserve dignity and care in their post-service years, and the foundation is committed to easing the burden of veterinary expenses, one hero at a time.
At the heart of our mission is a simple belief:

K9 Crash will be following in his big brother's footsteps and making his debut appearance this year!
K9 Crash is a 7-year-old German Sheperd from Czechoslovakia. He has been Heath's partner since 2020, when K9 Cash Money retired. K9 Crash is dual purpose, trained for narcotics and patrol. I hear that he's got a pretty good nose for tracking. He's 100 pounds of black magic, unless he's talking about his mom. Then, he's 100 pounds of, "you're not my real mom!" He's a one-person dog, for sure...and obviously, that person is Heath.
